5 DAYS 4 NIGHT KOREA TRIP 2015

HI!

After a long time im not writting! yeahhhh busy holiday haha
my expectation before coming to Seoul:

Weather: Not so cold not to warm
                Cherry Blossom
                Not enough money to shop
                Meet some Korean artist
                Korean people dont talk English language

my first day coming to Korea:
Our driver (transportation) to our Guest House (Namsan Guest House 3) waiting outside departure hall & waiting with a paper written my name.Going to 3 rd floor of Incheon International Airport to pickup our Pocket wifi that i already reserved through online one month before my trip. Going outside airport my first expectation declined! its really cold!!!!! when it only 15 celsius that day. since i only bring a thick sweater for my trip!!
On my way going to my guest house i dont even see a cherry blossom at all. The tree are "BOLD". I am a bit disappointed. But as long im coming to Seoul. It still make me happy. Arrive at my guest house after one hour. & the receptionist speak English fluently with us!! my EXPECTATION TOTALLY WRONG!!! + oppa is so cute. ha ha ha

Lose Weight 1 KG to 5KG In a Week

GM Diet Plan

GM diet plan is build by General Motors Cooperation to make their employee have a 'beautiful body'. Did GM diet plan is effective??

Today i want to share my experience using this diet plan for 1 week.

MY DESCRIPTION:

Weight : 60 kg = 132 pound
Height : 148 cm = 4'10"
BMI : 27.3 (OBESE)

It shows that i am already in a group of obesity! it make me want to lose weight!! My target is 50 KG.

this is my challenge!

MY FIRST DAY

Weight : 60 KG

whole day i only eat one type of food (since i don't have any freezer/refrigerator in my house). I just buy one food for one day to eat. My first day i eat one type of FRUIT. I choose Apple for my first day GM diet plan. Breakfast with apple,lunch with apple & dinner with apple.in one day i eat 5 apple (1 for breakfast, 2 for lunch, 2 for dinner). WARNING : ALL TYPE OF FRUIT CAN BE EATEN EXCEPT BANANA.

MY SECOND DAY

Weight : 59 KG

today i eat one type of VEGETABLE. Wholeday i eat Carrot (grilled). (1 for breakfast, 2 for lunch & 2 for dinner). But today i added up with black paper for my carrot. Since im the one who is difficult to eat some vegetable. WARNING : ALL TYPE OF FRUIT CAN BE EATEN EXCEPT TOMATOES.

MY THIRD DAY

Weight: 58 KG

Today i eat MIXED FRUIT AND VEGETABLE. i mixed apple + carrot + black paper (grilled it together).WARNING : ALL TYPE OF FRUIT  + VEGETABLE CAN BE EATEN EXCEPT TOMATOES AND BANANA.

MY FOURTH DAY

Weight : 57 KG

My menu today is Banana and Milk for wholeday. 7 pcs banana and 3 cup of milk.
Breakfast : 2 pcs banana + 1 cup of milk
Lunch : 2 pcs banana + 1 cup of milk
Dinner : 2 pcs banana + 1 cup of milk
Supper : 1 pcs banana

MY FIFTH DAY

Weight : 56 KG

Eating Tomatoes for whole day. 7 pcs of Tomatoes
Breakfast : 2 pcs Tomatoes
Lunch : 2 pcs Tomatoes
Dinner : 2 pcs Tomatoes
Supper : 1 pcs Tomatoes

MY SIX DAY & SEVEN DAY- FULFILL MY STOMACH WITH RICE

Weight : 56 KG

my weight constant to 56 Kg for this time.
but i want to try again this plan for next week.
My goal is 50 KG. my total lose for this week is 4 Kg

My Second Driving class!

hi Guys!
how was your day today??i hope everything is ok.
Today is my second day of driving class.
Im nervous because i already forget how to change gear, clutch, break & acceleration!
when today i hit bump and pole!
it shocked me of course 7 make more nervous.
In my heart "How can i get license since i already scared to bring a car"
can i make it until the end?? how? how? how?
can anyone give me some advice??
i really cnt do a balancing.. T_T
